Family Photography

I think there is a part of all of us that is is forever holding on to the magic of our childhood. Being welcomed into the world of a family feels just like that for me. As all of my work does, everything starts with connection. My work would be nothing without the importance of making my clients feel comfortable and seen.

Every family session is an opportunity to freeze that magic and document the relationships, silly little personalities, and dynamics that make each family unique. The more laughter and tickles, the better a session will turn out. I am a strong believer in organic playfulness and recreating what a family would be doing if I was not present. It is an honor to photograph milestones, celebrate anniversaries, and/or welcome a newborn child into the world. Beyond the session itself, the feeling when families see their gallery for the first time is truly priceless.
